Rental Skis The ski rental fleet at White Pass Sports Hut features shaped "parabolic" skis galore. We carry the "HEAD Shape Two and the Shape Three" in our rental inventory. For the 2010/11 season we also will rent the newest line of Head parabolic Peak two and Peak three skis in various sizes. These are easy-turning 'carvers' targeted at entry level and intermediate skiers. We are constantly reminded of the ski-ability of these skis as both entry-level and advanced skiers have tried the skis and returned them with smiling faces! If you've been out of skiing for a while and have been thinking about a come back based on rumors of easier-turning skis, this is the ride you have been waiting for! Compared to the old conventional shaped skis of the 80's and 90's, these babies will have you smiling and carving all the way to the bottom. Our new rental boots from Head USA are the HEAD Edge boot and offer all the performance and comfort you can imagine whether you are cruising the groomed slopes or tackling the moguls. Our full-sized inventory allows us to fit kids from around 3 1/2 years of age to kids in their eighties! Remember, every ski that goes out our door travels with a freshly applied hot wax for maximum performance.	Snowboards Our snowboard rental inventory features boards from a variety of manufacturers. Boards are twin-tip, free-ride models that make it easy to learn or improve your snowboarding skills. Like our rental skis, our boards are fresh waxed for each use so you can always expect optimum performance. All adult boards are equipped with hassle-free bindings. We offer the wonderful Flow binding system on all our rentals, both kids and adults. If you haven't checked out the Flow system, stop in to take a look. No more flopping on your butt in the cold snow to connect straps with frozen fingers. Simply slip in your foot and latch up the high-back for a solid feel and pressure-less comfort in a great performing binding. Our snowboard techs can help you select the right size, correct stance and answer all your questions. Give our rental boards a ride, you won't regret it! Demo Skis Did you ever imagine this day would come? All of our Head demo skis this season feature electronic micro-circuitry, some computer chip driven, to monitor terrain and actively adjust the flex of the ski as you change conditions from powder to hard pack. Most people think I'm kidding when I explain the Head Intelligence system but, no kidding, computer chip skis are here! While you will never actually feel the change, which happens in a fraction of a second, what you will notice is that no matter how or where you ski you will be on the right ski at the right time.   When you combine the latest technology with our special in-house tuning and waxing, you are in for a real treat. Demo Snowboards!  As an avid snowboarder, dedicated to the sport, I will continue to add exotic tools to my personal quiver. I offer access to this quiver so you don't have to pay big bucks to buy a new board, only to find out that it wasn't quite everything the manufacturer said. Currently, my quiver consists of a 168 Men's Free Ride Prior custom built in 2009, a spanking new 2009 regular camber Rad Air Tanker 200, and a Limited Edition 2010 10th Anniversary reverse camber Rad Air Tanker 200. If you can demonstrate to me your abilities I will allow these boards to rent out.
